Lead by example - Training with kids

Spending quality time with your family and keeping your health and fitness goals on track is not as difficult as it seems. Kids take in so much of what they see so why not teach them by leading by example? Set yourself up in park where the kids can ride their bikes, scooters or push alongs. Training can be fun for all the family! Grab your phone and set a timer. Follow the exercises bellow.

40 seconds work, 10 second rest x 4

  1. Tricep bench dips
  2. Squats (try a squat jump for more of a challenge)
  3. Push ups
  4. Lunges
  5. Step ups or box jumps.

Let your kids give it ago, they will love it!
